    Welcome to Mycoursesedu! These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Sofista website and services (“Platform”) offered by Mycoursesedu (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering, accessing, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

    Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

    Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the use of the website, or the services provided shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

    The parties agree that all such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Estonia.

    1. What This Agreement Covers

    This Agreement defines your rights and responsibilities when accessing and using the Sofista Platform, including viewing content, enrolling in courses, interacting with other users, and using any service features we offer.

    2. User Registration

    • To use certain features, you must register and create an account.

    • You must provide accurate and up‑to‑date information and keep it current.

    • Registration gives you access to your personal dashboard and course materials.

    • You must be at least 18 years old to register.

    3. Account Security

    You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact support immediately. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    4. Platform Use and Conduct

    By using mycoursesedu, you agree not to:

    • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or use Platform content for commercial purposes without permission.

    • Post or share illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or misleading content.

    • Harass, spam, or interfere with other users’ experience.

    • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or Platform systems.

    5. Access to Courses and Content

    • Some materials are free, while others require payment.

    • Paid content becomes available once your purchase is successfully processed.

    • We do not guarantee specific educational results or outcomes.

    6. Payments and Refunds

    • Access to paid courses requires payment through secure online methods.

    • Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and must meet the conditions outlined there.

    • You agree to review pricing and payment terms before making a purchase.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content on the Platform, including course materials, videos, text, graphics and software, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use content for personal learning only, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

    8. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access if:

    • You violate these Terms.

    • Your account is inactive for an extended period.

    • Your registration information is false or incomplete. 

    9. Changes to Terms

    10. Limitation of Liability

    Our services are provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to your use of the Platform.

    11. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where Sofista is registered. Any disputes should be resolved through negotiation, and if necessary, through applicable legal systems.

    12. Final Agreement

    By using Mycoursesedu, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the Terms of Use in this Agreement.
